Welcome to the enchanting 🍍 Marriott Maui Ocean Club- Charming One Bedroom in Lanai, Molokai, Maui Towers, where your Hawaiian getaway begins. Please be informed that electrical system improvements are scheduled from March 1 through August 31. As a result, some areas of the resort may experience power outages, including the villas during overnight hours. The transition to generator power is expected in early August 2024, and throughout this project, the villa towers will rely on generator power continuously. This transition may lead to sporadic electricity disruptions as we return to the main resort's electrical system by the end of August 2024.

The renovation initiative at the Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers is projected to commence on June 1, 2024, continuing until June 30, 2025. Daily work hours will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST, which may generate construction sounds such as demolition and machinery operation, along with potential temporary impacts on resort amenities.

We proudly offer weekly rentals for seven nights, with check-ins available solely on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Unwind at one of our three inviting pools, including a sprawling 3.5-acre super pool complete with slides, waterfalls, and grottos, while the younger guests enjoy a sandy beach area featuring a playful pirate ship.

Please be aware that the Covid-19 pandemic remains a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement, you acknowledge potential travel complications arising from the pandemic, which will not warrant a refund request. Additionally, the unavailability of certain amenities does not justify a refund. This clause releases the owner from the obligation of providing a habitable unit if issues arise due to the pandemic.

Any concerns regarding the resort services, accommodations, or amenities should be addressed directly with the developer, as these matters fall outside Concierge Realty's jurisdiction. While photographs aim to accurately represent the resort and its offerings, variances may occur unintentionally; therefore, guests should perform their own diligence prior to reserving. Any disturbances or changes, whether announced prior to reservation or occurring during your stay, are matters strictly between you and the resort, and are not indicative of deceptive advertising or breach of contract from Concierge Realty.

Do note that images serve as representations, and specific views are not guaranteed based solely on them. To secure a particular view category, discuss it with your rental agent. Concierge Realty retains the right to assign any view category unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will detail the view designation. In rare cases where a view is noted as "not guaranteed," the resort reserves the right to place you anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view should be directed to resort management, as Concierge Realty is not liable for villa placements.
